WHAT WE DO

We dry carpet to prevent mould and protect your contents

The first 24 to 48 hours is the crucial time to start

We use commercial grade dehumidifiers, air movers, moisture meters to satisfy the requirements for insurance providers

Water damage restoration is required when unwanted water compromises building materials, leading to structural decay, health hazards, and costly repairs.

DIY methods are not sufficient to dry inundated areas quickly and if you want the work to be covered by insurance you will need certified technicians with professional equipment and high grade moisture meters.

COMMON CAUSES OF LEAKS

Plumbing Failures

Burst pipes, corroded fittings, and leaking supply lines frequently release large volumes of water within minutes.

Appliance Malfunctions

Defective hoses, seals, or clogs in washing machines, dishwashers, and water heaters are major culprits.

HVAC Issues

Clogged condensate drain lines and broken drain pans cause air conditioning units to spill water directly into walls and floors

  • Use of specialist tools like moisture meters used to detect where water is

  • Initial report made to see the extent of damage and satisfy insurance requirements for later

  • Quote given for the work to be carried out

Water Extraction (Upon acceptance of quote)

The immediate removal of standing water is essential to minimize structural damage and prevent mold growth and satisfy insurance companies requirements

  • Different water extraction methods used to remove as much water as possible

  • Porous materials such as carpeting might be pulled back to extract moisture from padding and beneath subfloors.

 Drying and Dehumidification

An assessment is made as to correct number of air movers, correct dehumidifiers and placement for effective drying. Daily monitoring is required for reporting, modification and ensuring drying goals are being met.

  • industrial-grade air movers to rapidly increase surface evaporation.

  • Commercial dehumidifiers pull the resulting moisture out of the air to stop secondary water damage like rot and warping.

HOT WATER EXTRACTION

Carpets are steam cleaned and browning treatment used in order to finalise the process.

Repair and Reconstruction

Possible re-stretching of carpet if it has been pulled up or buckled due to incorrect previous stretching
